Creation of a site of magazine on theoretical and applied researches «Bulletin of Kemerovo State University of Culture and Arts», opening new prospects for advancement of university community’s achievements in an education sphere, science and culture in an open world information space is a very important event in the life of our University.

Today our University is a leading university complex of Western Siberia on preparation of high level proficiency experts in sphere of culture and art.

Today our University is a well-known scientifically-creative center in Russia with which both

the Russian and foreign research and educational institutions cooperate actively. Development of such cooperation creates a favorable basis for formation of the inter-regional scientific environment, providing socio-cultural development of Siberia, promoting integration of Siberia to scientifically-educational and cultural space of a modern civilization.

In the «Bulletin of Kemerovo State University of Culture and Arts» we confidently indicate our mission of «culture transfer» - education, science and art for qualitative preparation of personality, presenting the image of Russian intelligence on the basis of high inner spiritual development and traditions of  native culture. Such specialists must be capable for art, competent and responsible professional activity in the spheres of culture and arts in such a complicated and changeable world.
